Avatar was the most pirated move of 2010 it has been revealed.
Despite breaking all box office records after it's release at the end of 2009, going on to make a mammoth $2.7 billion worldwide, James Cameron's epic was still illegally downloaded more that 16.5 million times.
Matthew Vaughn's superhero movie Kick Ass was in at number two will over 11 million downloads this year.
Despite being well received by the critics Kick Ass struggled at the box office - and this may go some way to explain why.
And Christopher Nolan's summer box office smash Inception was the third must pirated movie of 2010 with 9.7 million downloads.
Inception was the first movie for Nolan since The Dark Knight broke $1 billion back in 2008. But, unlike Kick Ass, Inception did do well at the box office as it grossed over $825 million.
It was a double hit for Leonardo DiCaprio as Shutter Island also appeared in the top five as did Iron Man 2.
Green Zone was another movie that struggled at the box office earlier in the year, despite being one of the best movies of the year, yes the Matt Damon film featured in the top ten.
