Sir Anthony Hopkins is swapping one Hemsworth brother for another - he's set to star opposite Liam Hemsworth in a new adventure after wrapping Thor with his older sibling Chris.
The Hannibal legend is in final negotiations to play an evil sorcerer in Arabian Nights, about a young commander - played by The Last Song star Liam - who forms an alliance with Sinbad, Ali Baba and the Genie from the magic lamp to save Queen Scheherazade.
Hopkins was recently forced to deny reports he had clashed with Chris Hemsworth on the set of comic book adaptation Thor, insisting he had "the time of (his) life" shooting the superhero epic.
He added, "I'm proud to say that Thor has been one of the great experiences of my career."
Thor is scheduled for release next year (11).
Thor is the latest Marvel comic book hero to be given the big screen treatment, following in the footsteps of Iron Man and The Incredible Hullk.
Hopkins will be back on the big screen later this year as he appears in Woody Allen's new movie You Will Meet A Tall Dark Stranger with Josh Brolin, Naomi Watts and Freida Pinto.
