Amanda Seyfried has Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes to thanks for her acting career - she dedicated her life to drama after watching them make out in William Shakespeare's Romeo + Juliet.
The Mamma Mia! star landed her big break on U.S. TV hit Big Love almost 10 years to the day she first watched DiCaprio and Danes play star-crossed lovers.
And the 24 year old insists she would never have chased a Hollywood dream if she hadn't watched the film as a kid.
She tells People magazine, "Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes in Romeo + Juliet are the reason I'm in this career.
"I definitely remember the moment when I was like, 'I'm obsessed with this (acting).'"
And Seyfried is set for a busy few months with three movies on the verge of release. She teams up with Julianne Moore and Liam Neeson for Chloe.
Two romance movies follow with Dear John and Letters To Juliet. A Woman of No Importance is also on the horizon for the actress.
