Alex Meraz revealed that he attended 'Wolf Camp' as he prepared for Twilight Saga: Eclipse.
The actor reprises the role of werewolf Paul in the third movie in the franchise and the camp helped the actors get in shape for their roles as well as help them bond together.
Speaking at the UK premiere of the movie the actor said: "We did what's now called 'W
"Wolf Camp'. We did muscle confusion, it's confusing actually! It's like circuit training. More than anything, what it helped to do was bond us, we got really comfortable around each other.
"There are scenes where we are goofing off and we couldn't tell when the camera started or when they yelled 'cut', so we were always having a good time.
"It was a fun experience... It was pretty organic going in there and taking your shirt off."
The movie has already taken $161 million in it's opening five days in America and looks set to be just as popular when it is released later this week here in the UK.
The Twilight Saga is released 9th July
