Aaron Eckhart has revealed that he enjoyed working with Amber Heard.
The pair team up, alongside Oscar nominated actor Johnny Depp, for Bruce Robinson’s latest movie The Rum Dairy.
The movie is based on the Hunter S Thompson novel of the same name and sees Eckhart take on the role of businessman Sanderson and Amber plays his fiancée.
Speaking to Collider the actress said: “Obviously, Amber is beautiful, but she’s a good actress, she cares, she’s interested, she’s easy to work with, and she’s a lot of fun between scenes.
“She’s down for a good joke, and she has a good heart. It was nice to have her around because there were a lot of guys on the movie.
“She was up for anything, and I liked that. She smokes cigars, and I smoke cigars in the movie, so we smoked a few cigars together.”
2011 has been a busy year for the actor with Rabbit Hole and Battle: Los Angles already under his belt - moving from emotional drama to sci-fi.
He has already completed work on The Expatriate and has The Geography of Hope and I, Frankenstein in the pipeline.
The Run Dairy is released 11th November.
