21 Jump Streer
Sony have announced that a 21 Jump Street sequel will be part of their release slate for 2014.
It was back in 2012 that we saw the much loved TV show get a big screen make over as Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum played undercover detectives.
The movie was a box office and critical hit and there has been much talk of a sequel since its release.
But Sony have announced that the sequel is moving forward and filming is expected to get underway later this year.
Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum are expected to reprise their roles of Schmidt and Jenko while Hill is working on the script with Michael Bacall.
There is still no word if directors Chris Miller and Phil Lord will be back in the director's chair for this second instalment as they are currently working on the Lego movie.
Hill will be back on the big screen this summer with This Is The End and he has also completed work on The Wolf of Wall Street and is lending his voice to How To Train Your Dragon 2.
Tatum has finished work on Foxcatcher and White House Down and has just started filming on Jupiter Ascending. He is also preparing to become a father for the first time.
