Reimagining the origin story of the mythic Kong, director Jordan Vogt-Roberts brings an exciting new adventure to fans that looks set to compel viewers from the very first moments. As a diverse team of explorers are brought together to venture into an uncharted Pacific island, they’re unaware that they’re encroaching on the territory of Kong; chaos is sure to ensue.

Starring Tom Hiddleston, Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson and John C. Reilly amongst an international ensemble cast of Corey Hawkins, Tian Jing, Shea Whigham and more, Skull Island is executive produced by Eric McLeod and Alex Garcia, with Thomas Tull and Jon Jashni producing.
Doing the Kong story justice has proved to be an incredibly difficult task in the past. With a cast as stellar as the one behind Skull Island however, and some incredible talent on the production and direction team, this could be a huge step in the right direction to bringing a fantastic Kong story to the big screen.
