Jack The Giant Slayer is the latest fairytale to be adapted for the big screen and sees the fantastic Bryan Singer return to the director's chair.
Hollywood and audiences cannot seem to get enough of seeing our favourite childhood stories brought to the big screen... and now it is the time of Jack and the Beanstalk.
Yes Jack and the Beanstalk has been given a 21st Century and CGI makeover and it looks set to be a lot of fun. We have some great new clips from the film for you to check out:
Nicholas Hoult is having a terrific 2013 as Jack The Giant Slayer was his second #1 movie at the U.S. box office - the first being Warm Bodies.
He takes on the title role of Jack in the movie and is joined on the cast list by Ewan McGregor, Stanley Tucci, Eddie Marson, Ian McShane and Eleanor Tomlinson.
We are huge fans of Bryan Singer here at FemaleFirst and it is great to see him back in the director's chair.
Jack The Giant Slayer is the first movie for the filmmaker since he helmed Valkyrie back in 2008.
This is the first time that he has worked with Hoult but the pair will be reuniting later this year as Singer is set to direct X-Men: Days of Future Past.
An ancient war is re-ignited when a young farmhand unwittingly opens a gateway between our world and a fearsome race of giants.
Unleashed on the Earth for the first time in centuries, the giants strive to reclaim the land they once lost, forcing the young man, Jack (Nicholas Hoult), into the battle of his life to stop them.
Fighting for a kingdom and its people, and the love of a brave princess, he comes face to face with the unstoppable warriors he thought only existed in legend... and gets the chance to become a legend himself.
The fairytale films that we have been treated to in recent years really have been a lot of fun and it looks like Jack The Giant Slayer is very much going to follow in their footsteps.
Jack The Giant Slayer is released 22nd March.
