Godzilla is set to hit the big screen this week, and it will be one of the biggest movies of the summer.
It has been over a decade for Hollywood to tackle this iconic tale, and it is great to see Godzilla back on the big screen.
The European premiere took place in Leicester Square, London last night, and the fans flocked to get a look at the stars.
Bryan Cranston, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Elizabeth Olsen were all on the red carpet last night, with director Gareth Edwards.
One the red carpet the actors talked about their roles in the film, and what drew them to the monster project:
Godzilla marks the return of Edwards to the director's chair: this is his first film since he debuted with Monsters back in 2010.
Olsen makes her blockbuster debut with Godzilla, and she wowed in a blue Elie Saab gown. This is also the biggest film of Taylor-Johnson's career to date.
Olsen & Taylor-Johnson are staying with the blockbuster theme, as they will play siblings Scarlet Witch & Quicksilver in Avengers: Age of Ultron.
An epic rebirth to Toho's iconic Godzilla, this spectacular adventure, from Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures, pits the world's most famous monster against malevolent creatures who, bolstered by humanity's scientific arrogance, threaten our very existence.
Godzilla is released 15th May.
