Get Santa

Get Santa

If you are looking for that festive film to kick back and enjoy this December, then look no further than Get Santa.

Jim Broadbent takes on the role of Santa in this heart-warming family film, and I really cannot wait to see this one.

I love a good festive movie and it looks like Get Santa is going to be a lot of fun. Check out the first trailer for the movie:

A terrific cast has been assembled for the film, as Broadbent is joined by Rafe Spall, Warwick Davis, Stephen Graham, Nonso Anozie, Ewan Bremner, and Jodie Whittaker, while Christopher Smith is in the director's chair.

Smith is on writing duties as well as being at the helm, as Get Santa marks his first film since Black Death.

Smith has brought us movies such as Creep, Black Death, and Severance during his career, and Get Santa sees him tackle the family comedy for the first time.

It’s days before Christmas and reindeer are found running loose through the streets of London.

Meanwhile an astonished 9 year-old Tom (newcomer Kit Connor) discovers Santa (Broadbent) in the garden shed.
He has crash-landed while test-driving his new sleigh and enlists Tom and his father Steve (Spall) to help him get back to Lapland.

But what happens when Santa is arrested and thrown into prison? Will Steve and Tom be able to break him out in time for Christmas?

No festive period is complete with a great Christmas movie, and Get Santa promises to be one not to miss.

Get Santa is released 5th December.
