We have an eleven month wait until Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them hits the big screen but the excitement surrounding this movie is already building - it really is going to be one of the biggest hits of next year.
So do you want to take a peek at some early footage? Check out the first teaser trailer and get your first glimpse of Eddie Redmayne. Check it out:
2016 is going to be another ENOURMOUS year for Redmayne and he is set to take on the role central role of wizarding world magizoologist Newt Scamander - this movie looks set to make him and even bigger star than he already is. I cannot wait to see the actor in action as this role is completely different to anything else that we have seen him in lately.
He leads an impressive cast list as Ezra Miller, Colin Farrell, Ron Perlman, Samantha Morton, Katherine Waterston, Carmen Ejogo, and Dan Fogler are just some of the exciting names on board.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is the latest J.K. Rowling novel to be adapted for the big screen and it will mark her screenwriting debut - yes, she has adapted her own book into a script. The movie will see her reunite with director David Yates, who was behind four of the Harry Potter movies.
We haven't seen Yates in the director's chair since Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, but he will be back next summer with The Legend of Tarzan.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them opens in 1926 as Newt Scamander has just completed a global excursion to find and document an extraordinary array of magical creatures.
Arriving in New York for a brief stopover, he might have come and gone without incident... were it not for a No-Maj (American for Muggle) named Jacob, a misplaced magical case, and the escape of some of Newt's fantastic beasts, which could spell trouble for both the wizarding and No-Maj worlds.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is released 18th November 2016.
