Despicable Me 2 hits the big screen today and there is one major new character to watch out for... and that is Lucy Wilde.
Kristen Wiig voices the character of Lucy Wilde but she is not stranger to the Despicable Me franchise having been behind Miss Hattie in the first film.
But Lucy Wilde is a much bigger character for Wiig to get her teeth into as an Anti-Villain League agent; as well as a love interest for Gru.
Wilde is sent to enlist the help of Gru as they need his former evilness to track down a new super-villain.
Before you see the movie this weekend get to know Lucy Wilde a little better - a role that sees Wiig at her comic best:
It was back in 2010 that we were introduced to Gru and the minions for the first film time and the movie was a massive box office success.
Second time around and Steve Carell is back as Gru while Miranda Cosgrove and Russell Brand will also be returning.
But there are some new voices to watch out for including Benjamin Bratt, Ken Jeong and Steve Coogan.
There is also no change in the director's chair as Pierre Coffin and Chris Renaud are also back.
Now that the ever-entrepreneurial Gru has left behind a life of super crime to raise Margo (Cosgrove), Edith (Dana Gaier) and Agnes Elsie Fisher, Gru, Dr. Nefario (Brand) and the Minions have some free time on their hands.
But just as he starts to adjust to his role as a suburban family man, an ultra-secret organization dedicated to fighting evil around the globe comes knocking.
Now, it's up to Gru and his new partner, Lucy Wilde (Kristen Wiig), to discover who is responsible for a spectacular crime and bring him to justice.
After all, it takes the world's greatest ex-villain to catch the one vying to take his place.
Despicable Me 2 is out now.
