Bridge of Spies is already being tipped as a movie to watch out for this awards season and I cannot wait for it to hit the big screen this autumn.
Bridge of Spies sees Tom Hanks and director Steven Spielberg reunite for another wartime project... however, this is the first time that they have tackled the Cold War.
Hanks and Spielberg make a terrific acting/directing team and I really cannot wait to see the duo back in action once more - this is their first film together since The Terminal back in 2004.
A brand new trailer for the film has released and we have it for you to take a look at as it looks like it is going to be a tense watch:
Bridge of Spies is based on a true event and a book of the same name by Giles Whittell, which has been adapted for the big screen by Matt Charman & Joel and Ethan Coen.
The movie sees Tom Hanks take on the role of Brooklyn lawyer James Donovan, who finds himself thrust into the Cold War by the U.S. government. An exciting cast list has been assembled around him as Mark Rylance, Amy Ryan, Alan Alda, Austin Stowell, and Sebastian Koch are all on board.
Bridge Of Spies is a dramatic thriller which tells the story of James Donovan (Hanks), a Brooklyn insurance claims lawyer who finds himself thrust into the centre of the Cold War when the CIA sends him on the near-impossible task to negotiate the release of a captured American U-2 pilot.
Bridge of Spies is released 6th November.
