Since The Hangover hit the big screen back in the summer of 2009 Bradley Cooper has become one of the most sought after actors working in Hollywood.
The likes of Limitless and The Hangover Part II resulted in a very successful 2011 for Cooper and he is on the FemaleFirst Hot List as that success looks set to continue.
Now there is no doubt that Cooper is a good looking bloke but that’s not the only reason that he has found movie success he has shown that he can move between genres such as comedy, drama and action.
And this year sees him tackle the thriller as he teams up with directors Brian Klugman and Lee Sternthal for The Words.
The movie follows a writer who claims another man’s work as his own and has to pay a heavy price for this deceit.
Cooper is joined on the cast list by the equally talented Olivia Wilde, Zoe Saldana, Jeremy Irons and Ben Barnes.
Another project in the pipeline for Cooper is The Place Beyond the Pines, which is the latest project from director Derek Cianfrance.
Cooper is set to play a cop in the movie who is on the case of motorcycle stuntman turned criminal - played by Ryan Gosling. The movie also starts Eva Mendes, Rose Byrne and Ray Liotta.
And Cooper has been a very busy boy as he has also completed work on The Silver Linings Playbook, which is an adaptation of the Matthew Quick novel.
The movie sees David O. Russell back in the director’s chair while Cooper reunites with Limitless co-star Robert De Niro.
Paradise Lost is another project in the pipeline for the actor as he is set to play Lucifer - the movie is currently in pre-production and is set for a 2013 release.
The last couple of years may have established Cooper as a funny man but the next twelve months or so will really show him as a Hollywood leading man in many genres.
