About Time is one of the movies that we are very excited about here at FemaleFirst, as Richard Curtis returns to the director's chair.
About Time will kick off the autumn season of films and is a comedy/drama that is not to miss.
Curtis has written movies such as Notting Hill and Bridget Jones's Diary - so he is no stranger to this genre of film - and he has also penned this script.
But this is only his third feature film as a director; he brought us Love actually and The Boat That Rocked.
And we have the brand new trailer for the film for you to check out:
Domhnall Gleeson and Rachel McAdams will take on the central roles of Tim and Mary, while Bill Nighy, Margot Robbie and Tom Hollander are some of the other names on board.
At the age of 21, Tim Lake (Gleeson) discovers he can travel in time...
The night after another unsatisfactory New Year party, Tim's father (Nighy) tells his son that the men in his family have always had the ability to travel through time.
Tim can't change history, but he can change what happens and has happened in his own life---so he decides to make his world a better place...by getting a girlfriend. Sadly, that turns out not to be as easy as you might think.
McAdams always makes a very charming lead actress and the comedy/drama is a genre that she is no stranger to.
About Time will also be one of the biggest roles for Domhnall Gleeson, who continues to make a name for himself.
So, if you are looking for romance and laughs on the big screen this autumn then look no further than About Time.
About Time will preview from 4th September and will be released at cinemas nationwide on the 6th September
