Stacey Dash shot to fame in Clueless as Dionne Marie Davenport in the 1995 movie Clueless, a role that shot her to stardom, but what has she been doing since?
Stacey kicked off her acting career as a child star with appearances on the likes of Sesame Street before moving onto The Cosby Show and The Fresh Prince of Bel Air.
But 1988 brought her first major film role as she starred in comedy Moving before going moving onto Renaissance Man and Illegal in Blue.
But it was to be her role in Clueless in 1995, alongside Alicia Silverstone and Brittany Murphy, that as her breakthrough role.
Set in Beverly Hills a group of high school teenagers change outfits, have nose jobs and cellular phones, and take care of everybody else's, except their own, social lives.
The witty script was a hit and Clueless still has a major female following as those who watched it for the first time in 1995 return to it time after time.
The success led to a television show spin off and Dash reprised her role as Dionne, but with Rachel Blanchard in the lead role of Cher, for sixty one episodes between 1996-1999.
After Clueless finished she stayed in television working on The Strip and CSI before moving back into low budget movies.
Paper Soldiers, View from the Top and Gang of Roses all followed with limited success. However she continues to work steadily with roles in I Could Never Be Your Woman and American Primitive as she movies between movies and television.
But 2009 looks like it will be a busy year for the actress with Phantom Punch and Chrome Angels awaiting release and The Finest and Close Quarters awaiting filming.
