Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps Premiere
It's been twenty three years since Gordon Gekko first graced the big screen as Oliver Stone and Michael Douglas collaborated for Wall Street.
Now two decades later and Gekko is back, and one again causing more trouble, as Stone brings new story for a new era.
Douglas is back in the lead role, a role that brought him a Best Actor Oscar first time round, and he is joined by an impressive cast of Shia LaBeouf, Carey Mulligan, Josh Brolin and Frank Langella.
Emerging from a lengthy prison stint, Gekko finds himself on the outside of a world he once dominated. He now has to play catch-up and redefine himself in a different era.
Gekko has to become relevant again. But a young, idealistic investment banker (LaBeouf) learns the hard way that Gekko is still a master manipulator and if there’s one place where you can redefine yourself, one place where your relevance is a deal away, it’s Wall Street.
All the cast graced the red carpet in New York for the premiere of the movie and Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps is released 6th October.
