The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey may be twelve months away from release - I know we have to wait another year - but we have a teaser trailer to wet your appetite.
We have already received a trailer treat this year as The Dark Knight Rises was released yesterday and now we have teaser from the Peter Jackson directed movie.
Yes Jackson is taking us back to Middle Earth as he brings the popular novel to the big screen in two parts.
This week marks ten years since The Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring graced the big screen - the series of movies going on to enjoy massive success.
And having had a glimpse of the trailer myself I am predicting the same for The Hobbit - this is going to be one of the most anticipated and successful movies of 2012; yes I am thinking Oscars!!!
We will see some Lord of the Rings character return to the big screen with images of Ian Holm, Cate Blanchett & Elijah Wood in the trailer.
But Martin Freeman leads the cast as he takes over the role of Bilbo and he is joined by Ian McKellan, Andy Serkis, Richard Armitage & James Nesbitt.
Bilbo Baggins, a Hobbit, journeys to the Lonely Mountain accompanied by a group of dwarves to reclaim a treasure taken from them by the dragon Smaug.
