With the likes of Transformers and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull under his belt Shia LaBeouf is already accustomed to the whole summer action heroes malarkey.
And this summer he is back as Sam Witwicky in Transformer: Dark Side of the Moon - which comes two years after the successful at the box office but not with critics Revenge of the Fallen.
Sam Witwicky was the character that made LaBeouf a star back in 2007 and, just two years later, he is back to once again fight off a robot invasion.
The Autobots Bumblebee, Ratchet, Ironhide and Sideswipe led by Optimus Prime, are back in action, taking on the evil Decepticons, who are determined to avenge their defeat in 2009's Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
In this new movie, the Autobots and Decepticons become involved in a perilous space race between the U.S. and Russia, and once again human Sam Witwicky has to come to the aid of his robot friends.
There's new characters too, including a new villain in the form of Shockwave, a longtime Transformers character who rules Cybertron while the Autobots and Decepticons battle it out on Earth.
Michael Bay is back in the director's chair for the third instalment while Tyrese Gibson, Josh Duhamel and John Turturro are also back.
But there are some new faces on the cast list this time around as John Malkovich, Jen Jeong, and Patrick Dempsey are all on board.
There is also a new female lead in the form of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley as she takes on the role of Carly.
The trailer predicts that the movie is going to be bigger and better that the two that have gone before it and it looks set to be a box office smash this summer.
Transformers: Dark of the Moon is released 1st July
