Ruby Sparks is set to be one of the movies not to miss this autumn Paul Dano is back on the big screen in a new comedy/romance.

Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris are in the director's chair for the movie and they were the duo that brought us the fantastic Little Miss Sunshine six years ago.
This is their first directorial outing together since then as they reunite with Paul Dano.
Dano is joined on the cast list by Zoe Kazan, Chris Messina, Annette Bening and Antonio Banderas while actress Kazan has penned the script.
Calvin (Dano) is a young novelist who achieved phenomenal success early in his career but is now struggling with his writing - as well as his romantic life.
Finally, he makes a breakthrough and creates a character named Ruby who inspires him.
When Calvin finds Ruby (Kazan), in the flesh, sitting on his couch about a week later, he is completely flabbergasted that his words have turned into a living, breathing person.
Ruby Sparks looks set to follow in the footsteps of Little Miss Sunshine and being one of the most charming movies of the year so far.
Ruby Sparks is released 12th October
