After many intense days in medical school, a few students decide to party it up one night with alcohol and some drugs stolen from their hospital.
The creepy janitor Kenneth (Andrew Lee Potts from Return to House on Haunted Hill), who has a crush on Catherine (Arielle Kebbel from The Uninvited & The Grudge 2), shows up at the bar yet is verbally insulted by all the students . . . until they find out he recorded them stealing the drugs from the hospital.
Attempts to loosen him up and befriend him go fatefully wrong as Kenneth ends up in a coma and in intensive care.
Very similar to an I Know What You Did Last Summer plot, all the parties vow to pretend the incident never happen feeling that Kenneth may not remember what happened even if he wakes up, except Catherine.
Catherine starts testing some experimental brain drugs on Kenneth in hopes of him awakening from his coma. Oddly, her friends start being picked off one by one after each injection.
While Kenneth remains in his coma, Catherine starts piecing each death together wondering how Kenneth is involved and ultimately how can he be stopped?
