Natalie Portman may be hotly tipped for a Best actress Oscar nomination in the new year but she leaves behind the dramatics of Black Swan for new comedy No Strings Attached.
She joins forces with Ashton Kutcher who has had a mixed year of success with the funny Valentine's Day and the awful Killers.
But No Strings Attached is directed by Ivan Reitman, directing his first movie since My Super Ex-Girlfriend back in 2006, and is written by Elizabeth Meriweather.
Portman and Kutcher play two friends who agree to start a casual fling, thinking they can do it without any emotional baggage.
Sounds easy enough, right? Sure -- that is, until love gets in the way.
From then on, they must decide whether they can actually make their newly defined friendship work.
