Now I am a bit of a fan of Gerard Butler and there has been a major lack of him on the big screen this year.
But good news Butler fans the Scotsman will be back on the big screen next week - even more good news he has ditched those awful romantic comedies.
Machine Gun Preacher is a role that has a bit more bite for the actor as he teams up with Marc Forster to tell the story of Sam Childers.

The story of Sam Childers, a former drug-dealing biker tough guy who found God and became a crusader for hundreds of Sudanese children who've been forced to become soldiers.
Butler is joined on the big screen by Michelle Monaghan, Michael Shannon and Kathy Baker.
Machine Gun Preacher is released 2nd November.
