Roger Rabbit's buxom, red-headed wife Jessica has seen off tough competition from a host of real-world silver screen starlets to be named the Ultimate Screen Siren.
The animated sultry club singer hopped into first place ahead of iconic stars like Audrey Hepburn, Grace Kelly and Rita Hayworth to take the title.
To celebrate the 85th anniversary of Marilyn Monroe's birth LOVEFiLM asked over 1,500 film fans to vote for their favourite screen siren of all time with Ms. Rabbit taking a fifth (20 per cent) of the votes.
British film and fashion icon Audrey Hepburn, most well known for her portrayal of Holly Golightly in 1961's Breakfast At Tiffany's came in second place with 16 per cent in the poll.
Regarded as one of the great screen actresses of Hollywood's Golden Era, Hepburn's long and illustrious career even earnt her the accolade of third female star of all time from the American Film Institute.
Next up is the lady herself, Marilyn Monroe, who managed to charm 14 per cent of voters and land herself firmly in third place.
The model, singer and actress who was responsible for one of the most iconic film scenes ever - when her skirt blew up over a New York sideway grate in The Seven Year Itch - was arguably the most famous blonde to ever have hit the big screen.
With her iconic animal-skin bikini pose in 1966's One Million Years B.C, Raquel Welch made a name for herself as a leading sex symbol of the 60s and 70s - and also made it to fourth place in the poll (nine per cent).
Meanwhile, renowned Bond girl Ursula Andress rose out of the ocean in her scene-stealing white bikini to take fifth place on the list (eight per cent).
The late, great Elizabeth Taylor is next on the list - a star who matched her on screen persona with an equally glamorous lifestyle. Best known for her roles in Cat On A Hot Tin Roof and Cleopatra, the two-time Academy Award winning actress took sixth place in the poll (six per cent).
American actress and Princess of Monaco, Grace Kelly, starred alongside some of the leading male actors of her time including Clark Gable, James Stewart and Marlon Brando. The leading lady takes seventh place in the Screen Sirens list (five per cent).
Securing her place as the ultimate Femme Fatale of her time, Rita Hayworth's famous striptease from the 1946 film noir Gilda earnt the actress widespread respect as one of the cultural icons of the 40s and 50s. The actresses bombshell reputation also earnt her eighth place (four per cent) in the poll.
Swedish actress turned Hollywood superstar Ingrid Bergman takes ninth place in the poll with three per cent. The actress starred alongside Humphrey Bogart in the 1942 classic Casablanca - which remains one of her most memorable performances to date.
In tenth place with two per cent is Gone With The Wind actress Vivien Leigh a star who was as celebrated for her beauty as her on screen performances. The British actress won two Academy Awards for her roles, including the memorable Blanche DuBois in 1951's A Streetcar Named Desire.
