Jason Bourne is the man who scared Bond into change.

A CIA ‘weapon’ gone wrong, Jason fought those who trained him across the world in many different ways.

Unlike the James Bond of old, and even now, we never had that feeling of feeling that he was going to be OK, making every pulse quickening minute that little more exciting.

Brought from the page of Robert Ludlum’s novels, the action world would never be the same again making both Bourne and Matt Damon into the superstar names that we know today.

Every film now has the look of Bourne about it.

Whether it’s his slightly uneasy appearance, alternative thinking or his uncanny ability to use regular household appliances as weapons, his signature is now on half of what Hollywood makes.

Despite being possibly the most unassuming character of the decade, his also one of its icons.
