Heath Ledgers representation of The Joker is sick, twisted, psychotic, terrifying and in a way funny.
It has to rival Nicholson’s take on the role, and cements the Joker as Batman’s most feared enemy.
His white, scarred face is not for the faint hearted and the fact he has zero empathy for anyone makes him even more of a twisted killer.
By why so serious? Heath reportable had trouble sleeping after playing the role of the Joker and it seemed that the role had an impact on Heaths health and life due to him giving so much to the role.
The purple suit, lank hair, white face and licking of the lips, are never to be forgotten and Ledgers dedication to the role, is one that saw him win an posthumous Oscar.
The iconic role that the Joker took on, is that of a serial killer that had no regard for human life at all, his sick and twisted take on life made him stand out on his own.
