Everywhere & Nowhere is a raw, powerful and funny coming-of-age drama focusing on the identity struggles of Ash a young British Asian who is torn between the traditions of suburban family life and his passion for DJ'ing. The film comes from award-winning director Menhaj Huda (Kidulthood).
Exciting new talent James Floyd (The Infidel, Tormented) leads the cast which also includes Adam Deacon (Kidulthood, Adulthood, 4.3.2.1., Shank and director of the soon-to-be-released Anuvahood), top Bollywood star Alyy Khan (Traitor), singer-songwriter Simon Webbe and newcomer Katia Winter who will soon be seen in Deathgames with Samuel L Jackson.
Celebrated actor Art Malik(The Wolfman, Sex & the City 2), the legendary Saeed Jaffrey and James Buckley of The Inbetweeners complete the cast.
Young, good-looking and educated, Ash has a privileged life but he's trapped between a clash of cultures: hedonistic, multi-cultural London with his friends and a traditional Asian family upbringing in the middle class suburbs.
Tormented by the idea of entering the family business, Ash rebels and as his rollercoaster unfolds he finds identity through a talent for blending classic Bollywood soundtracks with contemporary hip-hop.
Self-discovery isn't Ash's only lesson on the journey, as a dark and potentially volatile secret emerges within his own family.
