Emma Stone is one of the most exciting young actresses who is currently working in Hollywood - and her star is only set to rise further over the next twelve months.
She returns to the big screen this week with her new movie The Help - a movie that has already got the critics raving and is surrounded in early Oscar whispers... could some nominations be on the horizon?
So to celebrate the release of the movie we take a look back over some of Stone's best performances.
The Help
The Help sees Stone move away from the comedy roles that we have become to associate with her as Kathryn Stockett's novel is adapted for the big screen.
An aspiring author during the civil rights movement of the 1960's decides to write a book detailing the African American Maid's point of view on the White families they work for, and their hardships they go through on a day to day basis.
The movie topped the U.S. box office taking over $166 million domestically.
Crazy Stupid Love
Emma Stone was pat of a super ensemble cast earlier this year for Crazy, Stupid, Love, - a romantic comedy directed by Glenn Ficarra and John Requa.
Stone finds herself sharing a lot of screen time with Ryan Gosling and the pair sizzle together as womaniser Jacob meets his match with Hannah.
Crazy, Stupid, Love is a heart-felt movie that depicts the highs and lows of this mysterious thing called love.
Easy A
It was her performance in 2010 comedy Easy A that really raised the profile of Stone in a performance that really did make everyone sit up and take note of her talent.
Stone starred as Olive, a clean-cut high school student relies on the school's rumour mill to advance her social and financial standing.
Her central performance earnt her a Best Actress - Motion Picture Musical or Comedy Golden Globe nomination.
Zombieland
Zombieland proved to be the breakout role for Stone back in 2009 as she teamed up with Woody Harrelson and Jesse Eisenberg.
Stone took on the role of Wichita who, along with her young sister Little Rock, try to survive in a world infested by zombies.
The movie was met with great reviews by the critics and the film went on to top the U.S. box office.
The House Bunny
The House Bunny was an early movie role for Stone as she started to flex her comedy muscles - starring alongside Anna Faris and Colin Hanks.
The movie follows Shelley after she is kicked out of the Playboy Mansion and herself out side Zeta House - a sorority.
But the Zeta house is filled with a group of socially awkward young women and Shelley is just what they need.
Superbad
Stone made her big screen debut back in 2007 when she took on the role of Jules in the hit that was Superbad.
A Judd Apatow produced movie is not the worst start to a movie career as she teamed up with Jonah Hill and Michael Cera.
The movie was both a critical and commercial hit and Stone had arrived!
And the young actress has a whole host of projects lined up having already completed work on Movie 43, The Croods and, of course, The Amazing Spider Man.
She is currently filming Gangster Squad, a movie that reunited her with Ryan Gosling.
The Help is released 26th October.
