Al Pacino's rousing 'Inch by Inch' speech as coach Tony D'Amato in the gritty tale Any Given Sunday has been sent to Andy Murray to give him the competitive edge ahead of Wednesday's match - along with nine other titles named the Most Motivational Movie Speeches.
Following the British number one saying he was bored by the film choice on TV, LOVEFiLM polled over 2,000 film fans to find spiritual, courageous and fired-up words of motivation for the British tennis hopeful which have been delivered straight to his door in Wimbledon Village.
Al Pacino's performance scored high with 18 per cent of the vote for his locker room speech, where his character barks: 'In any fight it's the guy whose willing to die who's going to win that inch and I know that if I'm going to have any life anymore it's because I am still willing to fight and die for that inch.'.
