The Christmas season is approaching, and the familiar site of cars being filled with Christmas presents and stuffed with growing families, will be blessing our motorways soon.
When asked who would be the worst person you could imagine being your front seat passenger 36% of those surveyed by fish4cars ( www.fish4cars.co.uk) suggested US President George Bush. In joint second place was our very own Margaret Thatcher and Peter Andre (receiving 20% each).
Interestingly the "Mother-in-law" received only 9% of the votes and "Father-in-law" only 5% of the votes for the worst companion.
The best person Brits would like to be travelling with was young TV presenter singer Charlotte Church who notched up 33% of the votes, followed closely by the comedian Billy Connolly (29%) and the late Audrey Hepburn (23%). Justin Lee Collins from the Sunday Night Project received a positive 12% of the votes.
On a long journey across the UK our research identified the best music to listen to was the legendary Bob Marley (18%), closely followed by a Ministry of sound Dance CD for the clubbers out there (12%). The worst music category was dominated by Cliff Richard (18%) and the boy-band Westlife (13%). Pop princess Leona Lewis made it on the scoreboard with 11% of the votes for the worst CD to listen to!
Sorry, you cannot beat Mama Mia soundtrack for this yearâs number one CD and ideal driving music!
