Louise Hay, one of the founders of the self help movement died peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, at the age of 90yrs. Founder of Hay House Publishing at the age of 61yrs she is one of our heroes at the Happy Fluff and Stuff channel. Her beliefs that, age is no barrier to achieving goals, and, what you think about yourself and your life – becomes your truth are also fundamental to our ethos here.
