The new jeans are taking to the high-street...
We've had distressed, ripped and bleached jeans taking centre stage for SS09, but now it's time to welcome a whole new host of styles to the high-street.
Made famous by some style-savvy celebs, these new jeans will be huge news come late spring, and will see you well into the summer too, when worn with the right accessories.
The first style we're going to look at is leopard print, which were seen a few season ago on Fearne Cotton, but has more recently been sported by young Disney star, Selena Gomez.
Now, while you may think leopard print is strictly for youngsters or those who are much more interested in experimental fashion, it can actually look quite stylish and chic.
Grey and red leopard print in particular look great when worn with a rock T-shirt and black heels, but stay clear of white leopard print as these can look tacky and believe it or not, look a tad too 80s.
The next style which we're loving at the minute is the acid wash look, which literally is meant to look like you've taken your jeans an thrown them in some dye.
Coloured jeans were big news a few seasons ago and this is just the next evolution of the style, by stripping the colour back and making them look washed out.
This style has been most recently seen on Agyness Deyn, who rocked her look to the max with Dr. Martins, a wooly sheepskin coat and beanie hat while out in New York.
Our last style, which we are championing for summer is snow wash jeans, which like the bleached styles are taken straight from the 80s era.
Spotted on A-listers like Kate Moss and Kate Bosworth, this laid back style look best paired with a slouchy parka and fringed ankle boots; get your now!
