Band Wars stormed into Manchester last weekend for a fun filled night of awesome music and beautiful people all to raise money for Help for Heroes.
The Female First Fashion team put their stamp on the party with a catwalk bursting with gorgeous models and rock-inspired creations from some of the city's top fashion labels.
Model Chantelle looks hot in Sissy's Surgery
Sissy's Surgery was first down the runway. Ex-Big Brother contestant turned designer Sissy Rooney has definitely left her days in the house far behind her to produced this cool range of denim streetwear. The super sexy mini skirt and blazer combos were the perfect way to open the show.
Model Chchi works the teddy for Vampire Bunnies
Next up was kitsch independent label Vampire Bunnies. The creation of Ellie Ashton this mix of super cute tshirts and cartoon printed dresses is available in Affleck Palace, Manchester. We were loving the gorgeous handmade teddies Ellie brought along to accessorise the show.
Model Sophie embraces Harajuku for Tokyo Royale
Following Vampire Bunnies down the catwalk was Harajuku inspired Tokyo Royale. The models looked like they had stepped straight out of a Gwen Stefani video as they stepped out in tartan mini skirts, high necked blouses, over the knee socks and lots of oversized bows.
Chloe pays tribute to Lagerfeld in Me & Yu
Me & Yu were next up with a fab collection of hand printed tshirts and vintage treasures. Our fave look was definitely the cool Karl Lagerfeld vest and polka dot skirt modelled for us by Britain's Next Top Model contestant Chloe Cummings.
Professional Model Chloe in Religion with Army Volunteer in Ringspun from General Store
The show ended with a bang with super-trendy Manchester shop General Store. Their sexy Religion dresses and patent leggings really gave our girls an edge while Ringspun jeans and Elvis Jesus tshirts left the audience drooling over our male models.
Volunteer models we recruited from the Army and the RAF were so into their walk they hardly stood out from the professionals- good work guys!
A massive thank you also goes out to Donna Marie Griffey and Samantha Doyle for doanting their amazing make up and hair skills to make our models look beautiful. Watch out for their top professional tips on the site later today.
