Chanel Inspired Jacket, M&S, £39.50
Chanel is one of the oldest and best-loved fashion houses in the world and with the new Coco Chanel biopic hitting the big screen on Friday- we searched the high street for some Chanel-inspired fashion.
Perhaps the most iconic Chanel item is a cropped tweed jacket which has been a wardrobe staple through generations. We found this great version from Marks an Spencer for £39.50.
It's in the classic monochrome fabric but has a modern pink trim. This jacket looks great over a simple block shift dress for work or even just with jeans and a tshirt for a laid back look.
This dress from Miss Selfridge is also totally Chanel. It features the trademark white trim on black and button detailing that the label is famous for.
It's a really versatile must-have and can be dressed down with tights and a jacket for work or glammed up with some killer heels for a night out.
Finally, no Chanel look is complete without the infamous 2.55 quilted handbag. We found this great lookalike from Peacocks for a bargain £10.
