Ruth works the red carpet in the Kate Moss dress
X Factor star Ruth Lorenzo is auctioning off the blue sequined Kate Moss dress she wore to last month's premiere of the new James Bond film, Quantum of Solace.
The dress certainly ticks most of the trend boxes, sequins are so hot right now and the midnight blue colour is a great alternative to standard black. We love the capped shoulder detail too.
The plunge V shape and fishtail skirt help to make it a real stand out piece from the back as well as the front.
The dress from Kate's Topshop collection was inspired the vintage dress she wore to her 30th birthday party and originally cost £130.
All the money raised from the auction will go to Breast Cancer Care.
The size 10 dress is currently going for £310 but is the price is expected to increase before bidding ends on Monday. It will come framed with a signed card from Ruth to prove its authenticity.
Ruth says: "Breast cancer is a cause close to my heart. When I was younger I used to help my mother in her beauty salon and a lot of her clients were women who had been diagnosed with breast cancer. These women have so much courage and strength. They were such an inspiration to me and I now want to show my support for a charity that helps people living with breast cancer.
"I hope my fans will join me in supporting this important cause and bid for the dress on ebay."
