Ugly Betty: The Book
A new style guide hits the shelves this week but it's not your ordinary fashion guide, this book comes courtesy of the fictional office of Mode magazine and Ugly Betty.
Designed in the style of Mode magazine the fold out cover reveals a picture of Betty with the caption 'Betty Suarez wears her trademark glasses, braces and big smile'.
The book comes complete with hair and make up tips from Betty's sister Hilda, which, looking at Hilda's different bouffants, we're hoping is a joke! And even post sex change operation make-overs, Before and After, From Alex to Alexis!
The book's chapters are even written in a fashion magazine style with articles ranging from 'What to Wear to Work' and 'Making Your Prom Dress Work...Again'.
With so many serious style guides around it's good to see there's a bit of light relief for fashion fans out there!
