Ashley Tisdale's peep toe boots

Now that summertime is officially here it's time to start thinking about footwear and ditching our Ugg boots for sandals.

However our summer's here in Britain are never very predictable so gladiator sandals and flip flops may be out for a while, thank goodness then for peep toe ankle boots.

So far we've spotted two of our favourite actresses, Ashley Tisdale and Gemma Arterton and style crush de jour Cheryl Cole in the edgy shoes, Gemma even added another trend to her look with zip detail down the front of the shoes.

Jimmy Choo, Badgley Mischka and Gwen Stefani's LAMB label have all used the peep toe boots and Charlotte Ronson took them to the catwalk at New York Fashion Week, so it's time to get involved with the style.

For bondage style boots, similar to some Lady GaGa has been spotted in head to Asos for this sexy pair, for £44.59 (below left).
