Stella McCartney showcased her SS09 collection at Paris Fashion week on Thursday and it did not disappoint.
Stella kept things immaculate with neat lines and a lot of neutral colours.
She gave traditional prom dresses a twist with pleating detail on the skirt to add a bit more body and the on trend tulip shape. A shirt jacket gave an androgynous feel to the outfit.
Shoes had a bondage feel, with see through panels, but with a lighter touch. There was no black in sight, but nude piping and perspex heels.
The androgynous look was key for the show, models all had slicked back hair.
The playsuit looks set to be around for a while. Stella's show featured one in jade green with a low cut neckline, sharp collar and buttons to give it a jacket like feel.
This embellished dress was a highlight of the show, it's certainly not for the more shy of people but a slip underneath it would spare your embarrassment and still look great.
Prints moved round from floral to leafy, this palm print body, jacket and matching bag gave the show a tropical feel.
Stella made hoodies stylish with this hooded sheer dress. The print is gorgeous although there is a slight fairy tale edge to it.
Stella has proved though that she is, as always at the top of her game.
