Badgley Mischka toned down it's usual glitzy style, as a result of the economic climate, for their autumn/winter collection but the result was still a great selection of gorgeous event dresses that will no doubt be seen on celebrities at A-list events in the coming months.
The range had a somber feel with lots of black and berry shades. Colours were given a darker feel as they were layered under black netting.
A tiered full length metallic gold dress became more serious with the tulle laid over
The dresses were a mixture of full length and fabulous or knee length and flirty. They were all very sexy and slinky with draped, floaty fabric and the obligatory asymmetrical shoulder detail.
As well as the dark colours were metallic black, gold, silver and blue dresses and even some sparkle with sequin detail on black and berry red dresses.
It wasn't just fabulous dressed though, a selection of elegant long coats opened the show along with daytime looks of knitted dresses and high waisted skirts and silk tops worn with long gloves and cropped jackets.
