Diesel Black Gold attracted a host of celebrities to their autumn winter 2009 show with the likes of Nicole Richie, Kate Bosworth and Roisin Murphy all sitting front row.
The show had a real vampy feel with models showing bright red lips and smokey eyes with unruly hair back combed heavily and held in place with netted headbands.
The collection had a street edge to it with models wearing boyfriend jeans, tuxedo jackets, waistcoats and cardigans. There was lots of layering too, perfect for keeping warm in autumn.
High waisted trousers look set to stay around this season with the label including a sexy slinky black pair worn with a sheer black shirt tucked into the waistband and a brown top underneath it.
Jodhpurs could also be a surprise trend for next season with models wearing this with patterned T-shirts, giving them a cooler edgy feel.
Diesel kept the colour palette dark and smokey using lots of black, grey, brown and gold.
Our favourite piece was a slinky backless silver dress. The halterneck piece was in keeping with last season's hot look, wet look leggings as the fabric also had a rubber effect.
Overall a cool, wearable collection from the masters of denim.
