Step aside YSL's Tribute Platforms your time is up. With a celebrity following including Victoria Beckham, Alexa Chung, Heidi Klum and Chloe Sevigny, Marc Jacobs's Spicy heels really are the new It shoe.

Created by the designer for Louis Vuitton this is the only heel for any self-respecting fashionist to be seen in. The super high heel, the tie up detail and bead embellishment makes the Spicy heels stand out from the crowd.

Want to try the shoe out for yourself? Well you'll need at least £700 to spare. The shoes are priced between £700 to £2,040. Ouch.

Stylist Katie Grand told Grazia how the shoe came about: "Its birth was at about three in the morning, with Marc cutting up bits of snake, leather, leopard and ribbon, and the design team making masks to put on the front".

Fortunately we've found a high street take on the look. Topshop's Primal-Voodoo heels, £120 have the same feather and bead detail as the Spicy.
