We've tried to ignore this trend for as long as possible, but there's no denying it...the jumpsuit is back!
No longer seen as a fashion joke, the jumpsuit has been reinvented! For those of you not old enough to remember,in the '70s jumpsuits were huge. They were named flying suits thanks to huge amounts of zips and parachute-like material. Thanks to the masculine look they gave off, it was easy to be mistaken for a mechanic or an extra Top Gun.
But thanks to celebs such as Kate Bosworth and Nicola Roberts struting around in them, looking fabulous, jumpsuits are now sleeker and much more flattering.
When choosing your jumpsuit, remember the fit is all important! You don't have to pour yourself into the one-piece, but a slimlined look helps. Be sure to check your waist, bum and boobs. Bagging and sagging will ruin the look. What you wear underneath is almost as important as the jumpsuit itself. VPL or bulges are magnified in this outfit. Go for a thong or some tummy control pants! Jumpsuits give you a long. lean line. Get even more height with a killer heel and you'll have legs up to your arm pits!
If you like the idea of a jumpsuit, but aren't daring enough to try one out, try two pieces that give you the look. Match two pieces of the same color and add waist definition with a same-color belt.
With celebs like Posh and Gwyneth donning their jumpsuits, this trend is all over the high street.
So head to Topshop and pick up this great one for £65.
