The 'Girl, Interrupted' actress makes her modelling debut for the brand in their autumn 2014 campaign which has been released via their Facebook page.
The sultry shoot - consisting of black and white images of the brunette beauty along with Prada model Michael Pitt- was shot by Glen Luchford on Coney Island, New York, in May this year, marking the actress' first major fashion campaign in over a decade.
Rag & Bone's managing partner, Marcus Wainright, is thrilled that the brand have collaborated with the 42 year old and added that the "cool" star was chosen because of her "beautiful, timeless quality."
He told WWD: "To us, Winona Ryder is a bona-fide icon. One of the things that makes her so cool is that although she has this incredible career, she isn't interested in being a movie star."
The campaign will grace the pages of international editions of Vogue and GQ, and will also appear in issues of WSJ. Magazine, Vanity Fair, Interview, Lui and Gentlewoman.
