Victoria Beckham finds it "particularly hard" to keep up with the pace of the fashion industry.
The 41-year-old fashion designer has admitted she launched four collections in one year to compete with the fast-paced environment and the "current cycle" of designers, although she relies on her calm team who are comprised of "the best of the best" to produce high quality garments to rival other brands.
Speaking to ELLE Hong Kong she said: "The current cycle of fashion designers is particularly hard. In a year we launched four series, there are other types of products.
"Obviously the speed will only get faster, but fortunately I have the best of the best working partners. Our strategy is to keep calm, unhurried. Good work is never born in quickly, the most important works to perfection to make."
Victoria's former band Spice Girls were famous for their 'Girl Power' slogan and the brunette star sees her work in fashion as an extension of the message of empowerment that she, Geri Horner, Emma Bunton, Mel C and Mel B were trying to get across.
The brunette beauty said: "In Spice Girls we talked about girl power, it's the same thing. It's empowering women and it's now doing through fashion, not music."
The mother of four - who has sons Brooklyn, 17, Romeo, 13, and Cruz, 11, and daughter Harper, four, with her retired football husband David Beckham enjoys it when her work takes her out to Asia, especially if her husband and children are there with her.
She said: "We love coming to Asia as people have got a real strong sense of family here."
