Helena Hussein showcase

The Style Night charity show took place for the first time ever over the weekend, helping to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and it done so with great success. 

8TEN Events Limited hosted the night in St George’s Hall, Liverpool.

The event started with a drinks reception, where guests including the fabulous Desperate Scousewives star Elissa Corrigan, received a goody bag on arrival, filled with miniature beauty products, and where treated to champagne and canapés.

Guests were asked to take their seats in the Halls magnificent Concert Room and the show began. BBC Radio Merseyside’s Pam Taylor was the host for the evening and kept the guests entertained throughout the night. 

The show started with the 13 gift raffle, where prizes included a Dior bracelet, Links of London Jewellery, Limited Edition Gold Moet & Chandon, a Vidal Sassoon hair cut and colour and an Illamasqua Make-over to name but a few. 

The show started with Paris.G womenswear collection accompanied by a performance from Wispa feat. Klaire Louise singing their latest single “She’s The One.”

Next to showcase was LJMU graduate Helena Hussain, followed by womenswear and menswear label Ultimate Fashion. New t-shirt brand Unusual Suspects showcased their new capsule collection accompanied by Manchester’s own Kemm who had the crowd captivated by his every move.

Luxury womenswear label Isabel Wong followed with a 20-piece goddess like collection, and last but not least was womenswear brand Umoja accompanied by Liverpool’s one to watch Lanca Gomez, which was the perfect end to the night. 

A total of £3,061 was raised through ticket sales, donations and raffle ticket sales. Owner Paris says: “ We want to thank everyone who was involved in making the night such a success.”
