Stella McCartney has designed a double mastectomy bra in honour of her late mother Linda.
The 44-year-old fashionista, who lost her mum to the disease in 1998, has unveiled the new Louise Listening undergarment - named after Linda's middle name - to support and raise funds for the Hello Beautiful Foundation.
The beautiful bra, which costs around £85, features floral lace detailing, has a front zip fastening and a wide under-band to help the healing process after the operation.
Speaking to the Daily Telegraph newspaper, she said of her design: "We wanted to bring something feminine and beautiful into a bra that is taboo.
"The cold hard reality of cancer is reflected in its practical and clinical bandage style bras, but this delicate design gives women who are battling cancer, or in the recovery stages, something positive and stylish to wear."
She added: "We wanted women to know that you can still be feminine, have your sensuality, have all of the things that are attached to being a woman and that part of your body can still feel beautiful on the outside, as well as the inside."
Stella - the daughter of singer Sir Paul McCartney - has pulled Cara Delevingne onboard to model the range after dropping Kate Moss, who was the face of her first breast cancer awareness campaign last year.
The Louise Listening bra, which is being released in support of October's Breast Cancer Awareness month, will be sold exclusively at stellamccartney.com from October 1.
