Stella McCartney has debuted her pre-fall collection in Los Angeles.
The 44-year-old fashion designer was joined by the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, Johnny Depp and Katy Perry at the launch of her inter-seasonal collection for Autumn 2016.
Speaking at the event, she said: "We'd always wanted to have a party in LA and it just really felt like the right time. I have so many close friends here and I spend a lot of time here and it just feels like a moment when music, film, fashion, the arts, it's all just come together for LA and it just feels like the right time."
At the event, which was held in record store Amoeba Music, the models stood between rows of CDs, with the theme appearing to be nature as there was a whole host of animal prints and earthy colours on show.
And Stella, who is the daughter of Beatles legend Paul McCartney, also revealed how important music is to her, admitting she fees more "comfortable" around it than fashion.
She added: "It's very important to me as a designer. I've been brought up with music, so it's something that I feel very comfortable around, probably more comfortable around that fashion, quite frankly.
"It comes very naturally to me to be in this kind of environment. I'm a massive fan of Amoeba Records. I love this shop and I was really happy when they agreed to let us have the party here."
