The 24-year-old singer has revealed she cringes when she thinks about the times she used to adorn the 80s-inspired garments, and hopes the style of top and dresses never make a comeback in the fashion industry in the future.
When asked about the one wardrobe item she regrets wearing in a video post with Vogue Online, which saw the brunette beauty answer 73 questions, she said: "Shoulder pads."
And when asked about the trend she hopes is never revived, she swiftly replied: "Shoulder pads."
However, the 'Kill 'Em With Kindness' hitmaker relies on a pair of skinny jeans and believes the wardrobe staple will never let her down.
When asked about her go-to piece of clothing, she said: "Skinny Jeans."
Selena has credited 35-year-old actress Natalie Portman as the most fashionable woman in the world.
When asked who she thought the best dressed female is, she said: "Natalie Portman."
During the quick-fire session the 'The Fundamentals of Caring' actress - who is currently dating 27-year-old musician The Weeknd, whose full name is Abel Makkonen Tesfaye - revealed she enjoys working out.
When asked about her preferred work-out, she said: "Pilates."
Selena also admitted she loves to eat "everything", except for vegetables, and her ultimate go-to dessert is a decadent chocolate cake or the popular liquorice sweet Twizzlers.
In reply to a question about her favourite food to eat, Selena said: "Everything.
"Chocolate cake. Twizzlers."
But when quizzed about the cuisine she least enjoys, she replied: "Greens".
Meanwhile, the vocalist hopes she will be happy in the future, and has admitted she plans to travel and tick a few things off of her bucket list, which could see her complete a sky dive or parachute jump.
When asked about her plans for the future, she said: "Hopefully [be] happy.
"I am going to jump out of something."
