The former 'Xtra Factor' host, 34, has admitted she can't help but cringe when she looks back at old photographs of herself because her makeup was awful.
She explained to BANG Showbiz: "I know there's many things that I look back on and think why did I wear that? I think I have had a lot of makeup fails. When I was a teenager I thought it was cool to wear electric blue mascara because, obviously I've got black hair, and I didn't really understand that it wasn't just about colour.
"It was also about the thickness and I thought you know you can't see black so I'm going to wear electric blue."
And her eye makeup isn't the only thing she's embarrassed about as she shudders at the thought of her lip-liner fails.
She said: "Everyone used to do that lip liner, but it was more like eye liner around the lips. It's so dark it looks like you've put an exhaust pipe up to it. When it comes to fashion it looks really good at the time but then when you look back."
