Sandra Bullock has sold her 'Minions'-inspired heels for $84,850.
The 50-year-old actress has auctioned off 10 pairs of Rupert Sanderson-designed shoes - each individually autographed by Sandra - at auction, raising $42,425 for the charity Art + Practice, which encourages education and culture for foster youth in Leimert Park, Los Angeles .
The 'Miss Congeniality' star then matched the amount raised, bringing the total to $84,850.
Speaking to People.com, Sandra said: "When you discover people who are truly giving back, and taking care of our community, I think it's our duty to support and take care of them in return."
The bright yellow shoes - which originally cost $800 - made their first appearance on the 'Blind Side' actress' feet on the red-carpet at the London premiere of 'Minions' - in which Sandra voices Scarlet Overkill - and paired them with a black ankle-length dress, which featured a yellow stripe across the chest and sunglasses and appeared in very high spirits as she posed with life-sized versions of the cartoon characters.
When she announced she was going to auction off the shoes, Sandra said: "We're going to give all the proceeds to Art + Practice, which is a non-profit organisation here in L.A."
